Hotel Bassano - Paris

the beds were really comfortable and fantastic for a long sleep.

Everything was excellent from the great service to the outstanding food. The staff were all very pleasant and check-in was early. The room was newly remodelled with a king size bed, the bedroom and slippers, and btw the hotel had a lobby bar onsite. The whole experience was excellent.

I liked the place, it was clean & the staff were very, very nice. The location was marvellous and incredible, within a close distance from a triumphal arch. The lobby bar was welcoming! I did not want to leave, so do recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great, and has free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted me with a room issue at night. I highly recommend enjoying the welcome drink. I'm coming back for a xmas.

Location was great, staff was helpful and friendly, hotel was very clean, room was very well laid out.

We stayed in a superior double room, proved to be excellent. It is very comfortable because of its width, it has 2 windows and another one in the bathroom. bed and pillows are super and air conditioning is the best! To live Paris with 37| degreesC and to return to the Bassano, was an oasis in the desert. It is near the Arc de Triomphe (5/10 minutes) and tower area 10/15 minutes; therefore it is also near the metro stations. One block away is the restaurant Villa Sophia which is recommended for its prices and variety (advised by the hotel staff). breakfast service is complete with fruits, cereals, dairy products, various coffees and teas; as well as cold cuts, cheeses, eggs and sausages... as you can see for all tastes!

Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was in a state of disrepair and could not be used.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic because it's just a short walk to the eiffel tower and the vibrant champs de mars park, making city strolls enjoyable whenever I wanted a break.

I advise you to study the city map carefully. you will find that the Champs-Elysees is 300 meters away, Arch of Triumph is 500 meters away, Eiffel Tower is 1 km away. That you are in the heart of Paris! quiet, peaceful street. Around a lot of restaurants, shops, cafes. much recommend to visit the restaurant Chez Andre (700 m), with excellent French cuisine. hotel itself is more of a family type, hospitality of the staff is guaranteed to you. Everything in their power was done sincerely and on time.

It's like there are windows in the room, but most of the time you can only see the sky. There are also difficulties with ventilation, we had to use an air conditioner. At breakfast I can't say anything, we were looking for more interesting places. But I hardly saw any visitors in their restaurant...

The location is amazing! You can walk to Champs-Élysées in just 6 minutes. The staff consistently showed kindness and readiness to help.

Very helpful and customer friendly staff, all of them from reception, to breakfast and cleaning! Location is great nearby the Chanps Elysees but remote enough to find this cool Parisien lifestyle right at your doorstepif you're in a rush, better use the stairs as the lift can be expected for quite long at times this is the only - point we found, the rest is all ++ points!.

Courteous, incredible staff, thanks a lot for treating me so well. The customer service is excellent, they offer shuttle to the airport. What is more, free Wi-Fi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property...
